Quantifying Li in the SEM: Sample preparation and analysis with PECS II and Cipher

Are you interested in rapidly quantifying Li in the SEM with accuracies not previously possible? Do you struggle to prepare uniform, damage-free samples for analysis in your SEM? Gatan would like to invite you to attend our workshop focusing on the new Cipher^® solution, coupled with our numerous sample preparation tools for research.

The in-person workshop will include scientific presentations about EDS, quantitative backscattered imaging, and sample preparation techniques given by experts from Gatan and EDAX. In addition, application scientists from Gatan will demonstrate these techniques live with the PECS™ II broad argon ion beam system for sample preparation, the EDAX Octane Elite Super EDS system, and the newly released Cipher solution from Gatan. Customers can also bring their samples for a hands-on demonstration of sample preparation for SEM analysis.
